This is my first auto powder measure and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Once you get it set up and calibrated it throws accurate charges. I load 9mm with CFE Pistol. I've heard some folks complain about the plastic parts and I'm unsure why. Perhaps it's just an old school mind set that in order for a product to be of quality it needs to be made of solid metal and heavy. If you're looking for a heavy metal powder measure then this measure is not for you. I judge products based on how they perform. This powder measure is easy to assemble, has a no nonsense design, and throws charges accurately and consistently. All for $30...what more could you want? I reload with the lee breech lock and I enjoy being able to reload down in my basement, out on the deck, or on the sofa watching a movie. It was important to me to have a powder measure that was equally mobile so I screwed the measure onto a 10'' piece of 2x4. If you need it fixed to a bench that's certainly an option too. WORDS OF ADVICE. Be sure to read the directions! Due to the nature of the plastic materials there is a fair bit of static built up within the bottle. The directions note this and advise to run an entire bottles worth of powder through to dissipate the static and lubricate the internal components. Failing to do this will lead to inconsistent charges and powder leakage. This is what happened to me because I failed to read the directions creating purely user error. After running through a bottle of powder I had no issues whatsoever.
